Holding a real estate license does not require work experience


Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for intermediary services in the purchase and sale and leasing of properties, providing professional real estate consulting and advice to customers.
2. Actively develop potential customer resources, maintain existing customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Collect market information, understand real estate industry dynamics, and ensure a clear understanding of market prices and policies.
4. Assist in completing the transaction process, including contract signing, legal document preparation and follow-up matters.
5. Collaborate with the company's promotion activities, participate in related market marketing work to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements:
1. Hold a valid Hong Kong real estate agent (personal) license, with legal qualifications to practice.
2. Passionate about the real estate industry, with good communication skills and negotiation techniques.
3. Have basic computer operation skills, be able to use office software fluently to process daily business.
4. Outgoing and cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
5. No need for relevant work experience, but willing to learn and grow, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
