We are currently seeking a highly experienced F&B project manager to oversee all store development and renovation projects, from design planning to completion, ensuring that all new store openings, renovations, and maintenance projects meet the company's requirements for quality, budget, and schedule.
Job Responsibilities
• Plan, supervise and manage the renovation, reconstruction and expansion projects of new stores and existing restaurants.
• From concept design to project execution phase, work closely with external designers, contractors and consultants.
• Prepare technical drawings and construction details for suppliers and contractors as needed.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure project quality, cost, and progress are met.
• Based on design recommendations and operational requirements, evaluate and select suitable materials.
• Work with license consultants to ensure that design and layout plans comply with local regulations and successfully obtain relevant approvals.
• Collect internal stakeholder feedback and continuously improve restaurant space layout, equipment efficiency, and human engineering design.
• Research and introduce new technologies and equipment to improve restaurant operating efficiency and sustainable development.
• Manage maintenance schedules, coordinate with maintenance contractors, ensure restaurant operations run smoothly and maintain a good environmental image.
Job Requirements
• Hold a degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, interior design or related sciences.
• Have 6 to 8 years or more of relevant project or renovation management experience, with a focus on restaurant engineering experience.
• In-depth understanding of interior decoration engineering, mechanical and electrical coordination, material application and regulatory requirements.
• Have practical experience in handling multiple projects and on-site supervision simultaneously.
• Have good technical drawing and project planning skills.
• Have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office and project management software operations.
• Proactive and responsible, able to work independently.

About the Role

• Plan, supervise, and manage fitting-out, renovation, and expansion projects for new and existing restaurant outlets.
• Liaise with external designers, contractors, and consultants from concept development to project execution.
• Prepare technical drawings and construction details for suppliers and contractors as required.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
• Evaluate and select suitable materials based on design recommendations and operational needs.
• Work with licensing consultants to ensure all design and layout plans comply with local authority requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve restaurant layouts, equipment efficiency, and ergonomics.
• Source and introduce new technologies and equipment to enhance restaurant performance and sustainability.
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repair and maintenance contractors to ensure smooth restaurant operations and an appealing store environment.
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Building Studies, Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in project or fitting-out management, preferably in theF&B industry.
• Strong understanding of interior fitting-out, E&M coordination, materials, and statutory requirements.
• Proven experience in handling multiple projects and site supervision.
• Good technical drawing and project planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of both English and Chinese.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, and capable of working independently.
