Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily reservation management, including answering incoming calls, handling reservations and confirming the same-day seating arrangements, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and seamless dining experience.
Assist the management team in maintaining the guest database, ensuring that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
Upon the guest's arrival, greet them warmly and guide them to their designated seat, displaying a professional and polite service attitude.
Responsible for menu management, ensuring that all menus are printed clearly, look neat and undamaged, and are updated in a timely manner as needed.
Maintain personal hygiene and appropriate attire to project a high standard of professional image and create a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere in the restaurant.
Work requirements
Have 3 years or more of relevant work experience in reception, hospitality or customer service.
Proficient in English and Chinese, with bilingual communication skills, and able to smoothly handle guests of different language types.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be good at coordinating interactions between internal teams and external customers.
Familiar with Sevenrooms reservation system operations, able to effectively use system functions to support daily operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), with basic skills in document processing and data organization.
Have a high sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a stable performance under high pressure.
