Operations Manager

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p></p></li><li><p>Coordinate front-line service staff work arrangements, supervise service quality and behavioral norms</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Assist in the execution of in-store activities and customer reception, enhance brand image and customer retention rate</p></li><li><p>Regularly report on operating conditions and implement various tasks in accordance with headquarters policies</p></li></ul><p>Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to meet diverse customer needs</p></li><li><p>Applicants with team management experience or on-site management background in the food and beverage or retail industry are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Able to adapt to high-pressure environments, with problem analysis and immediate response capabilities</p></li><li><p>Basic Chinese or Korean communication skills are beneficial for a multicultural work environment</p></li><li><p>Need to comply with shift work, including night and holiday attendance</p></li></ul><p></p>
