About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Associate / Intern to join our dynamic team at Cyberport. In this role, you will work directly with event agencies and retail shops within the mall, gaining hands-on experience in integrated marketing, event coordination, and on-site promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with event agencies and mall tenants to plan and execute marketing campaigns

• Coordinate on-site promotions, pop-up events, and shopper engagement activities

• Assist in creating marketing materials and social media content

• Monitor campaign performance and collect customer feedback from retail partners

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1 year of relevant marketing or event coordination experience (internships included)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with external partners (event agencies & retail shops)

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced mall environment

• Immediately available or with short notice is preferred
