Job Responsibilities

Coordinate external professional institutions (such as law firms, tax consultants, trust companies and private banks) to ensure cross-departmental compliance and execution efficiency.
Support personalized needs of family members, covering education planning, philanthropic deployment, art and alternative asset management, overseas residency and nationality strategy, etc. non-traditional wealth issues.
Promote the construction of family governance mechanism, including the organization of family assemblies, the training of the next generation of family members, the establishment of internal decision-making processes and information confidentiality systems.

Work requirements

Have financial, wealth management or private banking experience, with at least 5 years focused on ultra-high net worth client services or family office operations.
Have excellent cross-cultural communication skills and high confidentiality awareness.
Have the judgment and leadership to independently handle complex wealth issues, be able to build trust among diverse interest stakeholders, and maintain professional ethics in a low-regulation and transparent environment.
Familiar with mainstream investment systems, wealth management platforms and document management tools; have basic financial modeling and legal document interpretation abilities.
