Product Designer / Senior Product Designer

The Role

As a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer, you will design end-to-end digital experiences across internal systems and customer-facing products. Working closely with the Design and Technology teams, you will translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions.

This role requires strong UX flow thinking, systems logic, and polished UI execution. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, structuring problems clearly, and delivering practical, high-quality design outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Design user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models

· Translate business and operational requirements into structured UX solutions

· Lead or contribute to discovery, concept development, and usability validation

· Iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback

· Deliver consistent, brand-aligned interfaces and evolve the design system in Figma

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure feasibility and implementation quality

· Communicate design rationale clearly through documentation, walkthroughs, and prototypes

· Participate actively in design critiques and feedback cycles

· Support research activities including heuristic evaluations, workflow analysis, and rapid user testing

· Use data, insights, and behavioral signals to validate and refine design decisions

Requirements

· 5–7 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI

· Strong end-to-end product thinking with the ability to structure complex or ambiguous problems

· Experience designing complex workflows or systems

· Strong systems thinking, user flow, and information architecture skills

· High proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems

· Hands-on experience using the latest AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted research, wireframing, prototyping, content generation, or workflow automation) to improve design quality and efficiency

· Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and polished UI execution

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
