Job Description

Interior Designers
Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall design and planning of residential, commercial spaces and office spaces, including floor plans, traffic flow analysis, style positioning and effect presentation.
Deeply communicate with customers, conduct on-site survey and measurement, and propose professional design schemes based on budget, schedule and functional use.
Independently complete the construction drawing (including ceiling, floor, facade, node details, etc.), ensure that the drawing meets the local building code and fire requirements.
Coordinate and coordinate the project execution process, including material selection advice, vendor quotation comparison, construction progress follow-up and on-site technical guidance, to ensure design quality.

Work requirements

Have a postgraduate education background in interior design, architecture or related fields, and hold a Hong Kong-recognized design qualification (such as HKIA, HKID or equivalent professional qualification is preferred).
Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or Adobe Creative Suite design software, able to independently produce high-quality renderings and construction drawings.
Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to clearly explain design intentions to customers, contractors and supervision teams, and flexibly respond to on-site changes and coordination needs.
