Job Responsibilities

Assist the doctor in preparing for the consultation, including sorting out medical records, disinfecting medical equipment, and maintaining a clean and orderly consultation room
Receive visiting patients, handle registration, registration and basic data archiving, and guide the diagnosis and treatment process
Assist with handling telephone consultations and appointment arrangements to ensure smooth operation of the outpatient department
Assist the physician in recording clinical notes, printing prescriptions and test results, and then archiving electronic and paper medical records according to the regulations
Support administrative affairs, such as mail reception and delivery, consumable inventory, preliminary sorting of insurance application documents, etc.

Work requirements

Have secondary school or above education, medical or nursing related majors or administrative background are preferred
Have basic computer skills, familiar with Word, Excel and Windows operating system, and able to quickly learn clinic information systems
Have good communication and expression skills, and service awareness, and be patient in dealing with patients of different ages and their families
No medical personnel license is required, but those with medical institution internship or part-time work experience are preferred.
