Job Description

Position based in Hong Kong, for a new set up in Hong Kong, we are helping a fintech business to set up their customer contact centre here at Wong Chuk Hang.

We are looking for a leader with experience in managing and setting up revenue, sales and customer service contact centre, inbound and outbound type.

The person should ideally be someone who wants to build a business, not inherit anything.

Cantonese speaking is a must, English language is needed too

Ideally if you have some experience in KYC, financial and loan products, that will be good too, it not a must.

People person, business partner and wants Monday to Friday work, no 24/7.
