Senior Designer (Event Promotion and Exhibition)

Responsibility:

• Capable of handing innovative 3D exhibition booths, mall and event decorations, and 2D marketing collateral (backdrops, flyers).

• Produce detailed construction drawings, 3D renderings, and technical plans for production teams.

• Manage design projects from concept to final artwork, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual standards.

• Oversee installation, on-site setup, and preparation for trade fairs and seminars.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in exhibition, event management, or advertising.

• IVE graduate / Diploma or above in Design or other related disciplines

• Proficient in 3D and 2D software (e.g.: 3D Max, Blender, Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Illustrator etc.)

• Strong communication to work closely with Account Servicing Team, clients to align design solutions with functional needs and budget constraints.

• Enthusiastic, strong aesthetic and creative sense

• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules

• Immediately available preferred
