Chief Executive Officer

Main responsibilities:

1) Develop the company's investment strategy, medium-term market planning and annual implementation plan, review investment projects, supervise execution and dynamically adjust;

2) Responsible for the daily operation and management of the holding company;

4) Organize feasibility studies, financial analysis and risk assessment, provide investment decision-making basis;

5) Lead the company's investment project investment agreement negotiations, monitor investment projects, project promotion, etc. Project full life cycle management;

6) Search, screen and reserve high-quality investment projects (such as mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, etc.);

7) Lead project due diligence, valuation modeling, transaction structure design, and contract negotiations;

8) Monitor the operation of the invested project, provide value-added services, develop and implement exit plans;

9) Establish an investment portfolio risk management mechanism and dispose of bad assets;

10) Complete other work items assigned by the board of directors and the mayor.

Requirements:

1) Finance, economics, business administration, etc., bachelor's degree or above;

2) More than 10 years of experience in the full cycle management of investment projects, with at least 5 years of team management experience, and experience in leading billion-dollar projects;

3) Master basic mining investment and engineering construction professional knowledge, understand project expansion related financial, marketing and other aspects of knowledge;

4) Familiar with various investment regulations, have risk prevention awareness, cost control awareness, and safety management awareness;

5) Have strong team management skills, project coordination skills, strategic planning skills, organizational and coordination skills, decision-making and judgment skills, and planning and promotion skills, with high professional ethics;

6) Have excellent communication and expression skills, be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
