Customer Service Officer

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>Responsible for handling customer orders, arranging transportation drivers, liaising with suppliers, general administrative work, email and document archiving</p><p>(with 5 years of relevant work experience)</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>Second 5; 5 years of experience; good Cantonese; able to read and write Chinese; slightly able to read and write English; able to use MS Excel; able to type in English; able to type in Chinese; familiar with Email; accurate filing; careful work</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong>Monthly $15,000 - $17,000, Bank holidays, Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm, working 5 days a week, half-day on Saturday, one hour for lunch</p>
