Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for market promotion and sales of thermal insulation boards, developing potential customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Provide suitable building materials solutions based on customer needs, product introduction and technical explanation
- Regularly visit architectural companies, construction plants, design firms and related engineering units to expand business channels
- Participate in site meetings or project coordination meetings, assist customers in completing material selection and construction coordination
- Track order progress, coordinate delivery and after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction
Work requirements
- Have a background in architecture, civil engineering, materials or related fields, and have a certain understanding of the construction process of buildings
- Applicants with construction materials sales experience are preferred, familiar with the thermal insulation board performance and application scenarios
- Have good communication skills and negotiation techniques, and be able to handle customer inquiries and objections independently
- Need basic computer skills, able to use email and office software for business reporting
- Need to be able to travel to various construction sites or customer companies for on-site explanations and negotiations
