Job Title: HR Associate (1-Year Contractor)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. In this role, you will provide crucial support to both Talent Acquisition Operations and general HR functions. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, from candidate onboarding to employee data management, while contributing to an efficient and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations Support
Assist with job postings across multiple platforms and track candidate applications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support background checks, offer letter preparation, and pre-onboarding documentation.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Help with recruitment analytics and reporting, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
HR General Operations Support
Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and orientation coordination.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as contract amendments, letters, and filing.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support ad-hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition support roles.
Familiarity with HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in English [and local language if needed].
Preferred:
Experience with an ATS (e.g., Moka, Workday) or HRIS.
Exposure to recruitment coordination or HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
