Job Responsibilities
(Non-full-time! Internship or part-time job)
- Responsible for the daily operation and content update of the company's full matrix new media platform, covering Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook and the official website, ensuring the normal and orderly operation of the platform.
- Complete the planning, writing, shooting and basic editing and release of new media content such as graphics, short videos, posters, etc.
- Regularly monitor various platform operation data (reading volume, interaction volume, fan growth, etc.), analyze the operation problems behind the data, and optimize the follow-up operation strategy.
Position requirements
- Educational qualifications are not limited, those with new media-related operational experience are preferred, and newcomers are welcome to try. Priority will be given to signing short-term contracts
- Currently enrolled students, fresh graduates, or those with 1 to 3 years of work experience, etc. (PS: only local permanent residents are accepted).
- Familiar with the rules of self-media platforms, familiar with the mainstream platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat public number, etc., understand the content logic and user preferences, and have basic network awareness.
- Have basic shooting and video editing skills, have certain requirements for image and video aesthetics, and be able to independently complete the production and release of basic content.
- Able to cooperate with the main operator to efficiently complete the work, ensure a fixed working hours per week (negotiable), and flexibly arrange working hours according to their own time (3-4 days per week).
