Seafood cutter

Job position: Seafood Cutter
Position salary: HKD16800/month, overtime is calculated separately
40 years old and under
Language requirement: fluent Cantonese
Working hours: 9 hours/day, 4 days off per month;
Requirements: More than one year of relevant work experience; must have experience in handling seafood, responsible for slaughtering seafood, and having seafood handling experience; must be able to fish and fly, make sashimi, Solid knife skills, able to accurately cut all types of seafood; understand seafood quality identification, have quality control awareness; maintain kitchen hygiene, clean the work area and tools, and regularly clean the fish tank;
