Handle all documents related to company secretary for clients.<div>Act as personal assistant for CEO</div><div>Position Title: Company Secretary<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Manage and maintain all corporate secretarial documents for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates according to relevant regulations.<br>2. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.<br>3. Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards by organizing board meetings, recording minutes, and facilitating communication between senior management and board members.<br>4. Oversee the preparation and filing of statutory reports and other legal requirements on behalf of the company, maintaining an organized archive system.<br>5. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, shareholders, and legal advisors when necessary.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Possess a strong understanding of corporate secretarial practices and relevant laws, preferably with professional qualifications in this field or equivalent experience.<br>2. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>3. Exhibit proficient written and verbal communication abilities, along with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all documentations handled.<br>4. Having prior experience working is preferred.<br>5. Be computer literate, particularly adept at using office software applications like Microsoft Office Suite for efficient administration and documentation purposes.</div><div><br><br></div>
