IT Operations Engineer

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Provide consultation services for various office application systems, including technical support for application system accounts, permissions, and passwords, provide technical guidance to users according to user manuals and usage guides, and respond to simple technical consultation questions. </p><p>2. Office computer and related hardware maintenance: including various laptop computers, keyboards, mice, power supplies, etc. Office terminal delivery, installation, replacement, debugging, daily inspection, simple fault detection, location and repair. </p><p>3. Office software maintenance: including operating system, Office, sandbox, VPN, browser, internal communication, etc. Office software installation, upgrade, configuration, testing, software usage faults, troubleshooting, localization and repair. </p><p></p><p>5. Record all events in detail, clarify detailed requirements and classify and grade events.</p><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer science or related fields are preferred;</p><p>2. Have at least 1 year of operations and maintenance work experience;</p><p>3. Proficient in computer software, office software, and computer peripherals installation and maintenance technology;</p><p>4. Be able to effectively complete email and phone issue tracking, fault handling, etc.;</p><p> </p><p>Working hours:</p><p>Monday to Friday: 9:00-18:00 (public holidays excluded)</p><p>On-site location: Shun Tak Center</p>
