Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs and providing professional shopping advice and services
  • Introduce product features and promotional information, and push for sales to be achieved
  • Maintain store display order and ensure goods are neatly and beautifully displayed
  • Timely replenishment of inventory goods, assist in completing inventory and goods management work
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints, improving customer satisfaction and brand image

Work requirements
  • College degree or above, marketing and service-related fields are given priority
  • Have good communication skills and service awareness, those with sales experience are preferred
  • Good image, cheerful personality, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Accept shift work and holiday schedule
  • Proficient in office software operations is preferred
