Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Handling customer orders, following up on production and delivery
Manage receivables/payables, verify invoices
Assist in inventory management and cost calculation
Prepare sales and accounting statements
Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure account and goods consistency

Position requirements

1-2 years of accounting or order processing experience (food factory experience is better)
Identify Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
Careful, organized, and able to communicate with others
Can work independently, but also enjoy team collaboration
