Marketing Intern

Reporting line: Assistant Ecom Manager / Head of Marketing

Job Descriptions:

A detail-oriented, organized, and proactive marketing assistant / intern who can support CRM & retail marketing operations, e-commerce content managemen, and day-to-day marketing administration.

Retail & CRM:

• Set up CRM coupon and content pushes in the backend system.

• Manage mall promotional calendar; prepare mall communication materials; draft and distribute mall-specific shop memo.

• Coordinate end-to-end production (printing/delivery) of marketing materials (leaflets, DMs, gift premiums) for new store openings and retail requests.

Ecom:

• Coordinate with retail stores to track and expedite online order fulfillment.

• Execute product content uploads (images, descriptions, tagging) for e-shop.

Marketing Administration:

• Maintain & update the master marketing calendar, ensuring all promo dates, EDM blasts, and social posts are synced.

• Organize marketing sample room and record; manage samples in/out logistics for photoshoots and PR seeding.

• Handle invoices submission and update marketing expense summary.

Requirements:

• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Understanding of marketing channels (EDM, social media, retail POS)

• CRM platform / Ecom CMS experience will be a plus

• Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands will be a plus

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Proactive and strong communication skills for clear cross-functional communications

• Good time management, comfortable juggling multiple deadlines

• Good team player and willingness to learn
