Job Description:
As a Sales & Customer Service Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and us. You will provide comprehensive consultation services for students studying abroad and immigration, ensuring that they receive professional guidance and support throughout the application process, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities :
• Answer and handle customer inquiries by phone, providing accurate and timely information about studying abroad and immigration, answering customer questions.
• Design personalized study abroad and immigration plans based on customer needs, and assist customers in developing detailed application plans.
• Maintain good customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer progress, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist customers in preparing application materials, ensuring all documents meet relevant requirements, and facilitating smooth application processes.
• Participate in marketing activities, plan and implement promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, continuously optimize service processes and customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the team, sharing industry dynamics and market information, driving the achievement of team goals.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, International Relations, Education, Law, or related fields preferred.
• 2 years or more of sales or customer service experience, candidates with background in studying abroad or immigration industries preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to build trust relationships with customers from different cultural backgrounds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's studying abroad and immigration policies, priority given to those with knowledge and experience.
• Team spirit, proactive, willing to learn and accept challenges.
