Job Responsibilities:

Act as a key linguistic bridge for business communications, providing accurate interpretation (verbal) and translation (written documents, emails) in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.

Execute scheduled business tasks, maintain daily communication with clients and partners, track progress, and provide regular updates and summary reports.

Handle routine business documentation, including contract management, basic billing reconciliation, and initial coordination for customer inquiries or issues to ensure process follow-through.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above. Bachelor’s degree or above.

Mandatory fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (both spoken and written).

1-3 years of experience in business support, administration, or a related field. Fast-learning graduates with strong potential will also be considered.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT); strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-border business environment.
