Thermal Design Engineer

<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Conduct flow and heat transfer performance tests for single-phase/two-phase cold plates, including setting up test equipment, monitoring real-time parameters (e.g., flow rate, pressure, temperature), and analyzing data to evaluate cooling efficiency and heat transfer characteristics.</p><p>2. Perform reliability and lifespan testing for cold plates, including accelerated aging, leak detection, and thermal cycling tests, ensuring compliance with data center high-load standards and safety requirements.</p><p>3. Utilize CFD simulations to validate liquid cooling products, support prototype development, and optimize the full process from concept to testing.</p><p>4. Design and implement performance evaluation test plans for liquid cooling systems, using advanced equipment to collect and analyze data for product iteration and troubleshooting.</p><p>5. Monitor the safety and compliance of experimental processes, prepare test reports, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or related fields; preference for candidates with liquid cooling system testing or thermal management experience.</p><p>2. At least 3 years of experience in liquid cooling testing, proficient in flow/heat transfer testing methods and reliability tools, with the ability to independently design test plans.</p><p>3. Preference for candidates with chip-level liquid cooling project experience, familiarity with single-phase/two-phase cooling technologies, data center cooling standards, and test equipment operation.</p><p>4. Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills, capable of data analysis, troubleshooting, and collaborating with simulation teams to validate models.</p><p>5. Independent R&D capabilities, able to propose innovative test methods or optimizations, and familiar with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL) for experiment-simulation synergy.</p><p>6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with team leads and cross-functional teams.</p><p></p>
