Job Title: Full Stack Developer (1–3 Years Experience) – Cloud & GenAI Focus
About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our agile, forward-thinking development team. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable, cloud-native applications and integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI into modern web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications (front-end and back-end)
Build scalable services using modern cloud-native architectures on Azure
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and data scientists to integrate GenAI models and APIs into business applications
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
Ensure application security, performance, and responsiveness
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
Required Skills and Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in full stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, .NET, Java, etc.)
Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
Back-end experience with REST APIs, microservices, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL)
Solid understanding of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes a plus)
Familiarity with GenAI models and services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar)
Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service or similar GenAI APIs
Exposure to vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search)
Knowledge of prompt engineering or RAG architectures
Experience in building chatbots, copilots, or AI-enhanced UIs
