Job Title: Hong Kong Science Park R&D Research and Development Engineer (Green Technology Direction) Job Responsibilities:
Full-time employment in the Hong Kong Science Park to conduct green technology-related research and development, focusing on the development of environmentally friendly cleaning agents, performance testing and application verification;
Participate in the integration and development of AI cleaning robots, including sensor system optimization, path planning algorithm collaborative testing and field experimental deployment;
Execute laboratory standard operating procedures, write technical reports, experimental records and patent application drafts, and comply with internal audit and knowledge management requirements;
Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams (including materials science, mechanical engineering, and AI software developers) to push prototype iterations and technology transformation to the ground;
Follow up on international environmental regulations (such as REACH, EPA guidance) and local sustainable development policy trends to ensure that R&D results meet green certification and market entry requirements.
Work requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in STEM-related fields (such as chemistry, environmental engineering, mechanical electronics, computer science or automation, etc.)
Have 3 to 5 years of research and development or technical services practical experience, those who have experience in cleaning agent formula development, intelligent device testing, or AI embedded system application are preferred;
Familiar with laboratory basic operation procedures, able to independently design experimental schemes, analyze data and propose technical improvement suggestions;
Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, and be able to communicate and report technical information fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English across departments;
Must meet Hong Kong's legal work qualifications, accept employment on the basis of Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other valid work permit.
Benefits:
Monthly salary range is from HKD 10,000 to 15,000, and the salary can be negotiated based on experience and ability;
Working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm daily, with flexible space arrangements, and weekends and public holidays off;
