Sales and Marketing Assistant

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collect and analyze customer behavior data from both overseas and mainland markets to understand customer preferences and provide data-driven insights for product and service sales strategies and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, gather feedback, and transform feedback into service improvements and sales opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to monitor sales progress and provide necessary operational support to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness through various channels.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma/Certificate holder or equivalent qualification in Marketing</li><li>Minimum one year of relevant work experience</li><li>Good command of English</li><li>Mature, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Proficient in computer operations, Chinese typing, and document processing</li><li>Immediate availability is preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Work Location:</strong></p><p>Hong Kong and office in Shenzhen</p>
