Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

A) Social media operations

• Photography / Video shooting, editing and production

• Use Canva to design promotional materials

• Use AI to create images and short videos

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc. daily operations

• Daily Reels/Shorts/Posts/Story releases, write marketing copy that attracts your target audience

• Use META Ads Manager to run ad campaigns, analyze platform data and improve strategies

B) Administrative support

• Handle daily administrative and clerical work

• Basic WordPress site management

• Follow up on order processing and arrange logistics delivery

• Assist in simple product packaging production

Entry Requirements:

• Must be familiar with using FB / IG / Xiaohongshu

• Must know how to use Canva

• Must understand how to use AI to create images and videos

• Fluent Cantonese, basic English ability

• Chinese and English computer input

• Active and proactive, detail-oriented and responsible, with independent work ability and good communication skills

• At least one year of Marketing experience

Work schedule:

• Full-time position, 5 days work week

• 9:00am-6:00pm
