According to customer instructions, accurately and promptly execute trading orders in the US stock market to ensure that each trading instruction is correctly and efficiently completed.
Real-time track order status, proactively feedback transaction results to customers or relevant teams, and properly handle various abnormal situations in transaction execution.
Assist in the organization and archiving of transaction-related data and records to ensure the integrity and traceability of customer transaction files.
Support the trading team in completing daily tasks, including but not limited to pre-trade preparation, post-trade verification, and process optimization suggestions, while strictly adhering to securities trading compliance requirements.
Work requirements
Have more than 3 years of work experience in the securities company's brokerage business department, those who have served as customer managers are preferred.
In-depth understanding of the trading rules of the U.S. stock market, familiar with trading hours, trading mechanism, settlement and delivery, etc. key processes, and able to independently cope with market changes.
Proficient in mainstream trading software and common office software (such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), with basic data processing, statistical and analytical skills.
