Desktop operations and maintenance

<p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the daily operation and technical support of the computing environment for internal end users (including desktops, laptops, operating systems, office software, peripherals, etc.), ensuring that the equipment runs stably and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Timely respond and solve various technical problems that employees encounter in the process of using computing devices, providing on-site or remote troubleshooting services.</p></li><li><p>Execute the installation, configuration, upgrade and retirement management of terminal devices, participate in the full life cycle management of assets, and ensure accurate and complete asset information.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>According to the need to support multiple in-city office points for on-site technical services, ensure cross-location IT support continuity and consistency.</p></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p></p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Understand the ITIL foundation framework, those who have practical application or promotion experience of ITSM systems (such as ServiceNow, JIRA Service Desk, etc.) are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Have basic script writing skills (such as PowerShell, Batch), which can be used to automate regular desktop management tasks. </p></li><li><p>Preference will be given to those with PMP, ITIL, CCNA or other relevant technical certifications, with good communication skills and service awareness.</p></li></ul>
