Human Resources Assistant (2026 Summer Internship)

Job Description:

• Provide support for Training & Development
• Assist in organizing in-house training sessions, seminars, external training classes and more
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records
• Assist in preparing training materials, including video editing
• Handle additional assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Human Resources Management or

related disciplines

• Strong communication skills; well-organized, meticulous, and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with photography and video editing is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
