Judo part-time coach

Job Responsibilities

• Design appropriate lesson plans and progress arrangements based on students’ age, level, and learning goals, ensuring systematic and safe teaching.

• Teaching is held at a fixed time on Saturday morning, and is accompanied by pre-class preparation, post-class sorting, and simple teaching records.

• Guide students to practice martial arts ethics through daily interactions and situational demonstrations, and implement core values such as etiquette, self-discipline, respect, and perseverance.

Work requirements

Must hold a valid Sexual Conviction Record Check Certificate
(which can be applied and submitted before employment)

• Have teaching experience with children, familiar with the K2-P6 students’ physical and mental development characteristics, and able to communicate technical skills in a clear language, positive encouragement and game-based way.

• Demonstrate high levels of patience and empathy, and be able to adjust teaching pace, instruction methods, and feedback strategies flexibly to accommodate individual differences.

• Have good oral expression skills, basic classroom management skills and team collaboration awareness, and endorse the idea of promoting holistic education through judo as a carrier.
