Store Manager (Mong Kok) (Siu Sai Bay)

Manage and maintain daily operations of the store (including kitchen and floor) , staff scheduling, cost control, financial and operating data analysis, development of restaurant operating strategies and budgets to increase restaurant sales, and monitor compliance; participate in menu development and market promotion activities to enhance restaurant image.
