Security guard (day/night shift)

<div>Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Responsible for daily security patrols within the housing estate to ensure a safe and orderly community environment</li><li>Implement entry and exit control, register visitor information and verify identity, and maintain resident privacy and security</li><li>Regularly inspect the estate facilities, including car parks, elevators, fire equipment and public areas, and report any abnormalities immediately</li><li>Provide basic customer service, answer resident and visitor inquiries, and assist in handling simple complaints or needs</li><li>Follow supervisor's instructions and complete extra assigned tasks, such as special event support or emergency response collaboration</li></ul></div><br><div>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong identity card, and in good physical health to meet the requirements of the patrol position</li><li>Have basic Chinese writing and communication skills, be able to clearly record event reports and communicate with residents</li><li></li><li>Stable employment early shift (such as 07:30-19:30) or night shift (such as 19:30-07:30)</li><li>Relevant security experience, holding a security personnel license and QAS security training certificate</li><li>Preference will be given to those with experience, but those with no experience can also apply</li></ul></div>
