Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Observe salesperson or licensed real estate salesperson on daily customer development and maintenance, including contacting potential customers, arranging property viewing trips and follow-up.
2. Learn and master the professional real estate sales process, participate in the company's training courses to enhance your personal business skills and industry knowledge.
3. Responsible for organizing and updating customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness, and provide data support to the team.
4. Assist senior real estate agents in completing transaction-related document preparation work, such as purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, etc., to ensure a smooth process.
5. Flexibly adjust the work location in Shang Shui, Pin Ling District, etc., and provide quality services according to actual needs.
Requirements:
1. Be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Hong Kong permanent resident identity card, and new immigrants or job changers are eligible to apply.
2. Familiar with Chinese writing and Cantonese communication, with basic Mandarin skills being the best, and able to cater to diverse customer groups.
3. Have good communication skills and patience, be able to handle customer inquiries and needs properly, and demonstrate a dedicated and enthusiastic work attitude.
4. Although no relevant experience is required, you need to be willing to learn and adapt to a new work mode, and accept professional operating procedures.
5.IANG or other background individuals can apply, as long as they meet the age and language requirements.
