Job Description
Clerk / Administrative Assistant
​[Job Overview]
Responsible for the daily administrative operations and clerical work of the office, ensuring that various business processes can run efficiently and accurately, and providing necessary administrative support to team members.
​[Main Responsibilities]
​Document processing: Responsible for the input, typesetting, printing and archiving of various documents, reports and meeting minutes.
​File Management: Establish and maintain a company file and document management system (physical and electronic), ensuring data security and easy retrieval.
​Data update: Regularly update various administrative data, customer lists or internal contact lists.
Office administration: Responsible for the purchase and inventory management of office supplies, and maintaining the normal operation of office equipment (such as printers, water dispensers).
​Communication and liaison: Answering the phone, handling daily emails and express delivery; receiving visiting guests and arranging meeting rooms.
​Financial assistance: Process daily expenses Reimbursement, invoice verification, and basic accounting data organization (depending on company requirements).
​Superior assignment: Complete other administrative support tasks assigned by department supervisors on a temporary basis.
​[Job Requirements]
​Educational background: High school/diploma or above (administration, business English or related professional preferred).
​Skills required:
​Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
​Chinese input method is familiar, typing fast and accurate.
​Have basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.
​Work characteristics:

​Have good communication skills and service awareness.
Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience: Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant administrative work experience are preferred (fresh graduates can also be considered).

​Familiar with the operation of ERP or CRM systems.
​Have basic knowledge of accounting.
​Good multilingual communication skills (such as Mandarin, English, Cantonese)
