Retail Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations of external contractors, including staff deployment, shift scheduling

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales KPIs and performance targets, regularly review progress and implement improvement measures

• Immediate handling of customer complaints

• Regularly report sales data

• In addition to Wan Chai, you should also visit Lai Hong City or Diamond Hill Store

Work requirements

• 5 to 10 years of supermarket experience, with team management experience preferred

• Second 3 or above

• Fluent Cantonese, with good communication skills

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, and be able to accommodate daily 07:00 to 17:00 shift arrangements (covering Monday to Sunday)
