Supply Chain Officer HKD 26,000 - 32,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all shipping activities, keepupdating shipment recordsand relevant information to other parties
• Support inwork schedule planning and transport processesto ensure operational efficiency
• Support and review the transport solutions
• Ensure proper coordination between centre and other departments
• Handle all-aroundanalysis on usage, volume and trend of transport services
• Resolve damages and discrepancies with shippers, vendors and other relevant parties
• Manage data entry, updates and filing regularly
• Handle all around ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Degree in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years experiences in shipping
• Experiences in handling shipping documents inMainland and Macauis preferred
• Independent, self-motivated and good team player
• Good in Microsoft Office Word and Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc), and Chinese word processing
• Good written and spoken in English and Chinese
