Senior Property Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently handle different retail spaces, parking spaces, etc. lease matters, including lease negotiation, clause drafting and contract management.
• Maintain good communication with tenants and relevant departments, understand and coordinate rental arrangements.
• Regularly review rental situations and propose optimization suggestions to enhance asset returns.
• Handling tenant inquiries and complaints to ensure rental service satisfaction.

Work requirements:

• Have at least three years of leasing-related work experience, those with real estate or commercial property leasing experience are preferred.
• Have good communication skills, be able to establish good relationships with different types of customers.
• Mature and stable personality, with the ability to handle problems and make decisions independently.
• Familiar with the leasing process and related legal knowledge, with basic contract review ability.
• Have good time management and multi-task handling skills.
