<p><strong>Contract Period</strong>: 12 months <br><strong>Working Hours</strong> : 44 hours/week, irregular pattern, Mon–Sat<br><strong>Work Locations</strong>: Yuen Long</p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong>:</p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations of self-service library stations</li><li>Assist in procurement of services, furniture, and equipment</li><li>Supervise staff and coordinate logistics for library materials</li><li>Support replacement of book dispensers with new equipment</li><li>Liaise with government departments and contractors for site preparation</li><li>Handle administrative tasks: meeting notes, staff scheduling, training, contract management</li><li>Provide reader services: handle enquiries, complaints, and promotional campaigns</li><li>Collaborate with schools and NGOs for outreach programs</li></ul><ul><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Academic & Experience Requirements</strong> :</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university</li><li>HKCEE: Pass in Chinese and English (Syllabus B) or equivalent<ul><li>OR Level 3 or above in Chinese and English in HKDSEE</li></ul></li><li>Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English</li><li>Good written command of Chinese and English</li><li>Minimum 1 year full-time post-qualification experience</li><li>Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and internet research</li></ul>
