Travel consultant (Small Luxury Group trips) HKD 24000 - 28,000

Responsibilities:

- Participate in researching and brainstorming to finalize the trips to be launched and the concept / USP of each trip

- Working out detailed itineraries and costing / pricing of each trip

- Training and briefing to Travel Specialists / Private Designers for sales

- Work with marketing in presenting the products’ USP in website, EDM and other marketing channels

- Manage the booking processes

- Handle tour operations

- Working with suppliers to improve operational quality

- Gather feedback

- Reports & analysis

Secondary Responsibilities:

- To work with marketing for any product launches and events

- To assist in any other product-related work on ad hoc basis when required

- Other assignments and tasks as may be assigned to you

Reporting Relationship

- Reporting to Small Luxury Group Tour Manager / Director

Requirements

- At least 3+ years experience in Luxury tour operations

- Strong travel interests and experiences

- Fluent in English is a must~!

- Knowledge of sophisticated travel requirements

- Creative

- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills

- Project management skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
