Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting customers, seating them, and providing friendly and professional service to ensure they have a good dining experience.
Memorize the menu content, including ingredients, cooking methods and recommended dishes, accurately answer customer inquiries and provide appropriate advice.
Receive and record customer orders, correctly communicate them to the kitchen or bar, and coordinate meal times.
During the meal, inspect the area you are responsible for, and promptly replenish drinks, cutlery or condiments, and handle customers’ extra needs.
Provide a clear bill at checkout, accept cash, credit card or other payment methods, complete the settlement process and thank you.

Work requirements

Aged 18 or above, with good communication skills and service awareness, and able to treat customers of different types with politeness and patience.
Have basic writing and mathematical skills, be able to accurately record orders and handle simple money calculations.
Adapt to shift work, including lunch, dinner, weekends and public holidays, and need to stand for a long time.
Applicants with restaurant or service industry experience are preferred, but those with no experience can also apply. The company provides on-the-job training.
