Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for restaurant affairs, manage daily operations, control costs and expenditure budget
• Assist in the execution of company policies and marketing plans, and assist in increasing sales

• Supervise front-line teams to provide excellent customer service
• Ensure a safe working environment and assist front-line workers

Requirements:
• More than 3 years of Japanese restaurant experience
• Responsibility, proactive attitude
• Have excellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skills

Working hours: 5-6 days per week, 9.5 hours per day, shift work, rotating breaks
