Loan Officer (Loan Officer - Five Days Work)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling customers’ loan applications, including data collection, review and submission of relevant documents.
2. Receive and answer customer inquiries about loan products, provide professional advice and assistance in solving problems.
3. Follow up on loan repayment matters to ensure customers repay on time and properly manage account records.
4. Maintain the data accuracy of the company's loan system, regularly update customer information and transaction status.
5. Assist in market promotion activities, contact potential customers by phone or face-to-face.

Requirements:
1. Hold secondary five education, with at least 2 years of financial, lending or mortgage-related experience, will be given priority.
2. Have good communication skills and adaptability, and be able to serve customers in a positive and proactive manner with sincerity.
3. Familiar with basic computer operations, including Chinese input, MS Word and MS Excel applications.
4. Those with telemarketing experience are especially good, as they can effectively carry out customer development and relationship maintenance.
5. Work seriously and responsibly, pay attention to details, have a team spirit and the ability to handle problems independently.
