Senior Customer Service Manager (Logistics & Warehouse Department)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling customer goods-related matters, including receiving and confirming orders.
• Answer customer inquiries and service needs through phone and email.
• Maintain good communication with local customers and overseas agents to ensure accurate logistics information flow.
• Responsible for data input and preparation of courier, export/import goods required related documents.

Work requirements:

• Graduates with secondary five education or above, those with relevant air transport, freight or express industry experience will be given priority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word processing software, with accurate Chinese and English typing abilities.
• Good English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) oral and written expression skills.
• Have basic data processing and document organization skills, and be able to complete tasks independently.

Benefits:

• Working five days a week (Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00; some Saturdays need to work, which can be made up for by taking a day off)
• Yearly leave starts from 10 days and increases by one day from the third year, with a maximum of 18 days of annual leave.
