Supply Chain Management Department Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Completely responsible for the global supply chain system construction and optimization of the company's health and medical products (including health products, medical devices, home testing equipment, and nursing products), covering procurement, warehousing, logistics, customs clearance, and inventory management.

• Establish and implement a supply chain compliance management mechanism for medical products cross-border e-commerce to ensure that the products meet the medical device registration, labeling, advertising and import regulations of the target market (such as the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and Europe and the United States).

• Optimize the global warehouse network layout, promote cross-border tax-free warehouses, overseas warehouses and local warehouses to achieve intelligent management, and improve inventory turnover efficiency and space utilization.

• Manage international logistics partners (such as DHL, SF Express, cross-border express lines, etc.), formulate logistics cost control strategies and timeliness assurance plans, and enhance end-to-end delivery experience and customer satisfaction.

• Establish a supply chain data monitoring and early warning system, in real time to track inventory water level, logistics status, customs clearance progress and market demand fluctuations, and support sales forecasting and procurement decisions.

• Drive supply chain digital transformation, introduce or optimize ERP, WMS, TMS, etc. systems, and achieve end-to-end visualization and automation management from procurement to delivery.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, legal and customer service teams to support new product launches, promotional stock preparation, post-purchase service processing, and sudden supply chain risk response.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, supply chain management, logistics management, international trade, healthcare management or relevant professional background.

• At least 10 years of supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years of focus on the health care, wellness products or medical devices industry, and with cross-border e-commerce supply chain practical experience.

• Familiar with the medical product import and export regulations, registration procedures and customs supervision requirements of major global markets (especially the mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States, the European Union, and Southeast Asia).

• Have supply chain cooperation experience with international well-known health brands or manufacturers, and have led the completion of cross-border supply chain system from 0 to 1 construction or major optimization projects.

• Proficient in warehouse and logistics management, with successful cases of managing multiple national warehouse networks (such as bonded warehouses, overseas warehouses, and local warehouses) and cross-border logistics resource integration.

• Familiar with supply chain digital tools and systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Fullerton, Yichang, etc.), with system implementation or upgrade experience.

• Excellent Chinese and English communication skills and cross-border collaboration experience, able to adapt to frequent international travel and multi-party coordination.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for written and oral communication.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG), dependent visa or other legal work permit; if non-local residents, must be supported by an employer's Hong Kong work visa.
