Job Responsibilities: 1. Fully responsible for project development management, ensure the smooth progress of the whole life cycle from concept ideation to final delivery. 2. Lead the initial project requirement analysis and planning, define clear project goals and execution plans, and allocate resources and control budgets. 3. Coordinate internal team and external partners' communication, promote information flow, and solve potential problems and differences. 4. Regularly monitor project progress, identify and manage potential risk factors that may affect project success, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to ensure results are achieved. 5. Ensure that the project's time, quality and cost meet the established standards, and push the project to be implemented according to plan and achieve its expected value. 6. Responsible for communicating with customers on implementation plans, ensuring accurate understanding and effective execution of customer requirements.
Requirements: 1. Priority will be given to those with PMP (Project Management Professional) or relevant qualifications, who need to have solid project management theory foundation and practical experience. 2. Able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English, and Cantonese, especially in a multicultural environment, demonstrating excellent expression and coordination skills. 3. Have a deep understanding of risk management, be able to accurately evaluate potential risks and develop corresponding mitigation measures to reduce the impact of uncertainty on the project. 4. Have excellent organizational and time management skills, be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high efficiency and high-quality work output. 5. Quick thinking, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
