Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Proactively interact with customers, clearly introduce the restaurant's menu features and promotional activities, and enhance their dining experience
Recommend suitable dishes based on customer needs, with basic sales skills to increase customer order prices and overall sales
Assist in the execution of on-site promotion activities, including taste demonstrations, product explanations or kitchen utensil operation demonstrations
Instantly process customer feedback and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and report to the supervisor

Work requirements

Have good communication skills and persuasion power, be proactive in promoting and attracting customers' attention
Sales-oriented thinking, willing to actively promote products, those with motivation and performance experience to boost sales are preferred
Fluent in Cantonese, able to effectively communicate with local customers; basic knowledge of English or Mandarin is an added condition
Familiar with the dining service process, understand the menu content and food characteristics, and some positions need to master simple kitchen utensil operations
