Director of Sales and Marketing

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the company’s marketing and business development strategy - integrating brand, communications, and growth functions to strengthen our market position and accelerate business expansion across the financial and virtual asset sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s overall marketing and business strategy planning, defining market positioning, brand direction, and actionable programs in marketing, branding, PR and client development.

• Organize and oversee the execution of marketing and business development initiatives; establish a structured process from lead generation to deal conversion, ensuring effective cross-department collaboration and achievement of revenue and market-share goals.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, monitor industry developments and regulatory trends, and provide strategic insights to management for decision-making.

• Develop and implement brand, communications and PR strategies to enhance corporate reputation, strengthen media relations, and manage crisis communications when necessary.

• Build and optimize departmental systems, processes, and performance standards, fostering a high-performing, results-driven culture.

• Formulate and manage annual marketing and business development budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable returns.

• Lead and mentor the team, providing strategic direction, professional training and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.

• Report directly to the Group CEO and Chairman, contributing to group-level strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial, securities or virtual asset industry, including at least 5 years in marketing or business development management.

• Experience in cross-border or digital marketing is a plus.

• Proven record of leading diverse teams and balancing brand strategy with measurable sales outcomes.

• In-depth understanding of the securities, futures, and virtual asset markets.

• Strong strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a "can-do" attitude with hands-on execution capability.

• Native or fluent Mandarin speaker, with strong professional proficiency in English.

• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and strategic thinking skills, able to translate market insights into concrete business results.
